加州出生的刘逸云于15岁时在洛杉矶SM Entertainment 的全球试镜中被发现。 搬到韩国后，她于2009年作为女性团体f（x）成员首次亮相。 f（x）的2013年专辑『Pink Tape』被Pitchfork称为『史上最佳亚洲流行专辑之一』，并在Billboards 『K-Pop Hot 100』和『World Album』排行榜上名列第一。 2015年，Amber首次个人发行，广受好评的专辑『Beautiful』，在Billboard的『World Albums』排行榜上排名第二。

California native Amber Liu was discovered at the age of 15 at SM Entertainment’s global auditions in Los Angeles. Following a move to South Korea, she debuting in 2009 as a member of the female group f(x). f(x)’s 2013 album ‘Pink Tape’ was called “one of the best Asian pop albums of all-time,” by Pitchfork and charted #1 on Billboards K-Pop Hot 100 and World Album charts.  In 2015, Amber’s first solo release, the critically acclaimed album “Beautiful”, debuted at #2 on Billboard’s World Albums chart.
