The Irish artist drops the soaring visuals for his high-drama pop anthem.
Since he came on the scene with “Recognise” and “My Gold”, FLYNN has been making waves with his soulful brand of tropical house – and his brand new track “One Of Us” is a soaring triumph.
Starting with a minimal piano composition and the Irish artist’s distinctive vocals, the song builds to a crescendo with energetic percussion crackling around the melody.
And the accompanying visuals are evocative, shot in Dublin, in various locations from Poolbeg Lighthouse to more rural parts of the area, and sees him later connecting with friends.
“I moved away from home to find myself, but in doing so, I kind of lost myself for a while,” explains FLYNN. “Eventually, I released the value of being around friends and family, and that being back at home was what I needed to reset my peace of mind and get me back on track. Now I look forward to travelling, but I’m not running away from home or myself. I feel good about following my dreams and I’m lucky to have my friends and family supporting me from home.”
