Golden Joystick Awards 2020 งานประกาศรางวัลเกมยอดเยี่ยมประจำของปีนี้ ได้ประกาศรางวัลออกมาเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยไฮไลท์เด่นของปีนี้คงหนีไม่พ้น The Last of Us 2 ที่คว้าไปถึง 5 รางวัล รวมถึง Ultimate Game of the Year ซึ่งเป็นรางวัลใหญ่ที่สุดของงานนี้อีกด้วย รายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลทั้งหมดมีดังนี้
